Travel & Grow

Travel & Grow is an initiative where a number of employees are given the opportunity to build out a concept to travel abroad to visit foreign places, regions and countries, learn about new ways of working and gain life experience in a professional setting.
The aim is to look at the company Leschaco from a distance and answer the following question:
“What approaches and ideas are out there that might change the way we are doing business for better and bring us closer to our vision?”
