The challenge, which began in March, has successfully concluded, transforming employees' routines through a balance of physical and mental health.
What started as a competition has become a lifestyle. The Be Active 2025 Challenge has officially come to an end, leaving a positive impact not only on activity metrics but on the organization’s wellness culture. With the voluntary participation of 17 committed employees, the program successfully integrated self-care into the daily work agenda.
A Holistic Approach: Body and Mind in Sync
Unlike traditional sports challenges, Be Active 2025 stood out for its 360° vision. Thanks to partnerships with platforms such as Gymrats, Zenklub, and Wellhub, participants had a complete ecosystem of tools at their disposal to work on two fundamental pillars:
Physical Activation: Ranging from high-intensity disciplines like CrossFit and martial arts to team sports and cardiovascular activities like running or swimming.
Emotional Well-being: The challenge placed a crucial value on mental health, awarding points for specialized consultations and body awareness practices such as Yoga and Pilates.
Diversity and Fair Play
The key to success was flexibility. Each participant was able to adapt the challenge to their own pace, choosing from a wide range of activities:
Individual Sports: Cycling, rowing, and walking.
Team Sports: Soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
Professional Care: Physical and mental health sessions promoted by Leschaco.
Under the premise of fair play, the competition fostered healthy social interaction, where the main goal was to exceed personal targets and find a true balance between routine and self-care.
"We deeply thank the 17 brave individuals who joined this challenge. Your effort has transformed this initiative into a collective movement of care and balance."
Toward a Healthier Future
Although the final rankings mark the end of this edition, the spirit of Be Active remains. Leschaco celebrates this step forward in building a more active and healthy community, inviting all employees to maintain these habits throughout the rest of the year.
Congratulations to all participants for choosing wellness!
