On July 20th, we celebrated the National Friend's Day in Brazil, an occasion that beautifully aligns with Leschaco's core CSR pillar of "Our Family- Our Employees."

Our employees were encouraged to participate in a nice and fun initiative that encloses the essence of our company's values. The concept was simple yet powerful: creating messages of thankfulness and praise for one another. This gesture proved our appreciation for the people who are part of our Leschaco family.

For those who were physically present at the office, the messages were written on small colored notes and then posted on the walls in our cafeteria. By the end of the day, the messages made their way to the intended recipients. For those who couldn't be physically present, they could got participate and get involved through the Vaipe platform, reinforcing the idea that "Our Family" extends across distances.

This action ended up with remarkable results, getting more then  900 messages that proved our shared sense of appreciation and friendship and those who received the most messages were rewarded with a treat.

By celebrating National Friend's Day in this manner, we reinforced the essence of Leschaco culture - one that values unity, support, and appreciation within our extended family of employees.
