Last November 2025, our Brazil office embraced kindness and recognition to celebrate the Mês da Gentileza (Month of Kindness).
This initiative, focused on reinforcing the value of positive attitudes and the practice of appreciation, generated a deep impact on our team.
During the four weeks, collaborators were encouraged to identify and praise colleagues who inspired them or made a positive difference in their daily work.
An Outcome that Strengthens Our Culture
The result was inspiring: 62 compliments were exchanged throughout the month, showing how our culture is strengthened when we value each other's work and effort. Each message became a personalized virtual card, bringing joy and gratitude to its recipients.
This action was directly connected to our recent training, reinforcing fundamental pillars: transparent recognition, dialogue, celebrating our differences, and collaborating as one team.
