Leschaco Pte Ltd was proud to take part in Walk for Work 2025, organized by The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation at Event Square @ Marina Bay on Sunday, 9 November 2025.

Championing CSR Through Action

At Leschaco, we believe that corporate responsibility extends beyond financial support. It is rooted in active participation, meaningful community engagement, and taking steps—both literally and figuratively—towards building a more sustainable and inclusive society.
This year’s event was particularly meaningful, as it focused on reintegrating vulnerable individuals into the workforce while addressing manpower challenges faced by businesses. It presented the perfect opportunity for us to contribute to a purpose that aligns closely with our values.

A Day of Purpose, Energy, and Team Spirit

From the moment our colleagues gathered at the starting point, the excitement was palpable. Walking together in solidarity, the Leschaco team embraced the opportunity to step outside our usual work environment and unite for a charitable cause.
More than just a fundraising initiative, the experience strengthened our team spirit. Sharing the journey side by side allowed us to connect on a deeper level, reinforcing a collective sense of accomplishment that resonated far beyond the event itself.

Looking Ahead

This year’s walk brought together more than 1,000 participants from 40 organizations and successfully raised $1.45 million. These funds will support EmployWell and jobseekers in overcoming employment barriers through tailored employability workshops, job coaching and matching, and proactive employer engagement.

We look forward to participating again in the future and continuing our commitment to building a healthier, stronger, and more compassionate community.
