Education is a fundamental right that every child should have access to. Leschaco is dedicated to promoting quality education for students, aligning with the company’s goals and UN Goal 3: Quality Education.
On October 17, Leschaco Thailand, led by the HR team, collaborated with Bangkok University to provide a lecture for first-year students in the Business Administration program, specifically in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management field, through the Logistics Academic Collaboration initiative.
The event sought to enrich students' knowledge and skills in logistics by providing a thorough understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and emerging industry trends.
This initiative not only equips students for successful careers in the logistics sector but also fosters stronger relationships with the university and enhances Leschaco's reputation as a leading logistics employer.
The guest speaker, Khun Pimpira Tarrat, General Manager of Integrated Solutions & Business Transformation, delivered an engaging lecture covering topics such as "About LESCHACO," logistics components, entrepreneurship, transportation models, support functions, and supply chain solutions, dedicating 2.5 hours to the session. A total of 140 students participated, with 104 attending in person and 36 joining online.
After the event, we conducted a survey, receiving responses from 85% of participants.
The results indicated that 86% rated their overall satisfaction as "Satisfied" or "Very Satisfied."
Key highlights from the feedback included:
- 92% felt that the knowledge gained could be applied to their future work.
- 92% found the lecturer’s approach to be engaging and easy to understand.
- 85% appreciated learning more about the Leschaco company.
Overall, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
