Small Team, Big Impact

In the wake of the devastating wildfires that recently impacted the Ñuble and Biobío regions, our team in Chile proved that the spirit of solidarity knows no bounds. Despite the challenges posed by the emergency, our colleagues stepped up to support those in need.

Last Friday, our colleague Sophia Holtz personally delivered the donations collected at our local offices. It is important to highlight that while our Chile office consists of a dedicated team of only 17 employees, their collective effort speaks volumes about their character and commitment to our community.

Overcoming Challenges The situation on the ground was far from easy. The intensity of the fires and the logistical hurdles created significant "problematic" conditions for collection and transport. However, through our partnership with the Food Bank (Red de Alimentos), we ensured that essential items such as water, non-perishable food, and hygiene products reached the families currently navigating the difficult path of reconstruction.

"It’s not about how much we give, but how much love we put into giving." 

A huge thank you to our 17 team members in Chile for demonstrating that no matter the size of the group, the heart of Leschaco’s Social Responsibility is always present.
