eXecutive Track
Our goal at Leschaco is to create a long-term and efficient internal succession planning by preparing our future leaders for upcoming challenges. Therefore, every two years we invite around 15 colleagues from all over the world to participate in the eXecutive Track program.
In our two-year program we offer our colleagues to
drive their personal and professional development by participating in well-chosen trainings opportunities
gain business insights and boost their network within the Leschaco group
broaden their business understanding and contribute to tackle Leschaco’s upcoming challenges
