Constantin Conrad
(Chief Executive Officer)
Constantin Conrad, born in Bremen, first completed a dual course of study at the shipping line Hapag-Lloyd, where he upon completion of the studies continued to work in several roles for 3 years. After, he did an MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Since 2017, Constantin Conrad has held various positions in the company both in Germany and abroad. He was appointed to the Management Board of the group of companies in July 2019 and has been Managing Partner since August 2021.
In April 2023, Constantin Conrad officially took over responsibility as Chief Executive Officer for the Leschaco Group.
Nils Fahrenholz
(Chief Operating Officer)
Nils Fahrenholz first completed his training at Leschaco and started his career in the group of companies in the summer of 2008 at Leschaco, Inc, USA. In February 2017, he moved to Hong Kong, where he assumed responsibility for Regional Procurement and Tender Management APAC.
In July 2019, Nils Fahrenholz returned to the headquarters in Bremen to take over responsibility as Head of Freight Procurement & Intermodal EMEAI. From April 2021 to 2023, he was responsible for the business of our Singapore branch as Managing Director.
On April 01, 2023 Nils Fahrenholz became part of the Management Board as Incoming Chief Operating Officer. He took over from Oliver Oestreich as Chief Operating Officer in April 2024, who then retired.
David Williams
(Chief Product Officer)
David Williams brings over three decades of experience in the logistics and shipping industry, having held various senior leadership roles within the AP Møller – Maersk Group.
His extensive global expertise includes positions as Vice President and Managing Director across Africa, China, and Europe, where he led major strategic initiatives and drove regional growth. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Business Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and is set to lead Leschaco’s product development and innovation with a customer-centric focus.
David Williams joined Leschaco on January 01, 2024, as Head of Global Tank Container, and as of November 01, 2024, he has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Lutz Weber
(Chief Financial Officer)
On March 17, 2025, Lutz Weber took over responsibility as Chief Financial Officer and joined the Management Board of the Leschaco Group.
After his apprenticeship in banking and graduating in industrial engineering in Hamburg he started his professional career as controller and later as commercial manager and authorized signatory at MBB Förder- und Hebesysteme GmbH in Delmenhorst. He then joined Hanseatic Lloyd AG, the holding of an international shipping group in Switzerland, where he was responsible for the groups finance division until 2009. After further positions as Managing Director of NSB Niederelbe Schifffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG in Buxtehude as well as Deutsche Afrika-Linien GmbH & Co. KG and John T. Essberger GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg, Lutz Weber took over the management of the holding company Dr. Karl-Heinz Krämer GmbH in 2020. Before joining the Leschaco Group in January 2025, Lutz Weber served as an iterim CFO of Lürssen-Kröger Werft GmbH & Co. KG in Rendsburg since November 2023.
Steffen Küpper
(Chief People and Culture Officer)
Steffen Küpper, born in Essen, studied in Heidelberg and Montpellier and passed his Second State Examination in Law in Düsseldorf, Germany. He started his career at L'Oréal, where he worked for over 14 years in various management positions in Germany, Austria and France, at last in Paris as HR Director Europe for the Pharmacies division. In 2020, he moved to the Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, where he was responsible as Global Head of HR for the Soccer International division with subsidiaries in Europe, Brazil and the USA.
Steffen Küpper joined the group on October 01, 2022 as Head of Global Human Capital. On April 01, 2023 Steffen Küpper took over responsibility as Chief People and Culture Officer and joined the Management Board of the Leschaco Group.
