Small caps, big transformations!
Have you ever thought that something as simple as a plastic bottle cap could change lives? Our team in Brazil proved that it can!
As part of our Global CSR Challenge, we invited all employees to collect plastic caps of all kinds from water and soda bottles to detergent and coffee containers. Every single cap collected was donated to the "Tampinhas que Curam" (Caps that Heal) Project, a non-profit socio-environmental initiative that supports children and adolescents undergoing cancer treatment while promoting sustainability through recycling.
A Goal That Kept Growing
The engagement was so incredible that we had to revise our goals multiple times:
Initial Goal: 600 caps
1st Revision: 2,000 caps
Final Target: 5,000 caps
The Grand Total: 5,193 Reasons to be Proud!
We closed 2025 with an outstanding result: 5,193 caps collected! We didn’t just meet our goal; we exceeded it.
This achievement is a testament to the power of collective engagement. Each cap represents care, environmental awareness, and solidarity small actions that, together, create a real-world impact.
