On March 18th 2023, our colleagues in Malaysia participated in the Charity Fun Bowling at Ampang Super Bowl The Summit USJ. The event was organized by Special Olympics Selangor which is one of sub programs of Special Olympics Malaysia to raise funds for the 5 athletes and 3 coaches who will go to Special Olympics Summer World Games, in Berlin, Germany in June 2023.

From 17 to 25th June 2023, Berlin will host the 16th Special Olympics Summer World Games – the world’s largest inclusive sports event for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities.

Our colleagues teamed up with Special Olympics athletes and in the charity bowling competition. Everybody had a great time happily competing and playing together.

Winning was not the ultimate goal, but getting together with people who might be different, being there by their side, and to support them discover their potential was the essence of this event.
