This week marks the successful inauguration of a new, crucial resource: the CALM ROOM a dedicated space for meditation, prayer, or simple relaxation amidst the daily workflow.

The CALM ROOM has been specifically designed to serve as a peaceful sanctuary where employees can take a moment to pause, recenter, and foster emotional balance. In an era where stress, anxiety, and depression present frequent challenges, providing dedicated resources for mental health is not just beneficial it is essential.
A Holistic Approach: Expanding Our Focus to National Wellness
The commitment to holistic health extends beyond the Bogotá office. To complement the launch of the CALM ROOM, our Colombian team is simultaneously rolling out National Yoga Classes.
This expansion ensures that employees across the country can prioritize their physical and mental well-being through accessible fitness and mindfulness practices. By integrating both the physical (Yoga) and the reflective (CALM ROOM), we are reinforcing our belief that true corporate responsibility includes actively supporting the health and vitality of every team member.
