On May 16, 2025, Leschaco Thailand proudly hosted the Project Co-University at Bangkok University, under the insightful topic: “Study of Multi-Modal Transportation via China–Europe Railway.”
This impactful learning initiative was brought to life through the excellent coordination of our dedicated HR team, whose efforts helped bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry application.
The event was designed with two key goals:
First, to strengthen our strategic partnership with Bangkok University by supporting the Import-Export Management course under the BBA program.
Second, to position Leschaco as an employer of choice among young talent by showcasing our commitment to innovation, knowledge sharing, and career development.
The program was tailored specifically for third-year students from the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, who were given the opportunity to engage in a hands-on case study experience designed by Leschaco’s logistics experts.
The topic focused on exploring the challenges and opportunities in multi-modal transport along the China–Europe railway.
From over 180 participants, 90 students were selected to represent their classes in nine finalist teams. These teams were invited to present their innovative logistics solutions to a panel of Leschaco professionals.
The quality of their work—spanning data analysis, strategic thinking, and presentation creativity—was both impressive and inspiring. Their dedication reflected a deep commitment to learning and a promising potential for leadership in the logistics field.
This initiative also aligns with Leschaco’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility goals and contributes directly to two United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- Goal 4 – Quality Education: by providing students with practical, real-world learning opportunities that complement their academic studies.
- Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: by preparing young professionals with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in global logistics and contribute meaningfully to the future workforce.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the HR team for their exceptional planning and execution, and to our honored guest speakers, Khun Warit Saelim; Field Sales Team Lead, for generously sharing his knowledge, and Khun Veerasak Poumloyfha; General Manager Overland Transport Logistics for providing valuable guidance and serving as judges in the final presentation round. Their involvement not only elevated the quality of the event but also brought encouragement and recognition to the student participants.
At Leschaco, we believe that empowering young minds through education, experience, and exposure to real-world challenges is key to building a better tomorrow. The success of this project reflects our ongoing commitment to developing future leaders in logistics while contributing meaningfully to society and sustainable development.
Together, we move forward—not just in supply chains, but in shaping futures.
