Leschaco CSR

On Friday, November 29, 2024, The Thai Air Freight Forwarders Association (TAFA) organized a meaningful Volunteer Tree Planting Project at U-Tapao International Airport in Rayong-Pattaya, to honor the enduring legacy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX).

The primary aim of this event was to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions and to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation—an initiative closely aligned with our company's core values. A total of 60 participants joined hands to make a positive impact.

The day began with a briefing on the development of U-Tapao Airport, highlighting its efforts to accommodate passenger airlines, logistics, and warehouse operations. This informative session was followed by the planting of 80 Pradu trees. Additionally, we participated in a beach cleanup, working together to preserve the beauty of the surrounding natural environment.

We would like to extend a special thank you to our colleagues from the SBIA office, Khun Suchada Dejsri ; Manager Customs Clearance Air Freight Import and Khun Nuntawan Sasomsab; Officer Customer Service, who generously dedicated their time to join the event and shared their inspiring experiences with us.

This activity not only contributed to a greener environment but also reinforced our collective responsibility to preserve the earth for future generations.
